There are works of art that do more than simply accompany an event: they capture its meaning, hold it within their material, and continue to tell its story over time.

This is the case of the sculptures by Vitaliano Marchetto, presented at MetalCoat’s Bergamo headquarters during “Leadership and Innovation”, the educational and institutional visit promoted by Confindustria Ascoli Piceno, which brought together entrepreneurs, institutions, and local representatives for a discussion dedicated to the dialogue between complementary industrial ecosystems.

For MetalCoat, the initiative represented much more than an event: it was an opportunity to open its spaces to a narrative capable of bringing together industry, culture, material, and territory. The photographic exhibition dedicated to the Ascoli Piceno production site, with images printed on aluminium, brought the industrial heart of the company to Bergamo, transforming the headquarters into a place of connection between entrepreneurial vision, production identity, and the value of relationships.  

Within this journey, the works of Vitaliano Marchetto also find their place. Now part of the MetalCoat collection, they entered the company’s heritage thanks to the collaboration with Art Events by Mario Mazzoleni gallery. https://artevents.it/
 
Made of Roman concrete and Corten steel, they depict a male and a female presence in dialogue with one another: two distinct yet complementary individualities, united by a quiet strength that speaks of resilience, trust, and a shared path.

This interpretation also finds a natural resonance in the leadership of Matteo Trombetta Cappellani and Cinzia Zambetti, and in their way of viewing business as a shared construction, founded on vision, responsibility, and the ability to bring together people, material, and the future.
