At MetalCoat, we believe that training is an opportunity for mutual growth: for those who join the company to learn, and for those who, every day, have the opportunity to share skills, experience and work culture.

Over the past four months, we have had the pleasure of welcoming Daniel Jesús Valero Lambán, a second-year student in the advanced vocational training programme in Administration and Finance at IES Pablo Serrano, for a curricular internship at our company.

During this experience, he had the opportunity to gain deeper insight into activities related to the administrative area and to get to know other company departments more closely, such as purchasing and sales, coming into contact with the complexity and value of an industrial organisation.

It was a journey of mentoring, exchange and discovery, confirming the importance of building bridges between education and business, also from an international perspective.

We would like to thank Daniel for the commitment and curiosity he showed throughout this experience, and all the MetalCoat people who helped make it positive and meaningful.
